The cupola was installed on the Village Center Clocktower this past Friday.

OldTrailLiving.com Updates

So, I've made a few updates to OldTrailLiving.com...

- New Logo (see below)

- New Home Page

- Listing data is now real time - it's pulled from the CAAR (Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors) MLS feed

I'm working on a few other tricks, including some interactive maps and some updated virtual tours, but that's going to have to wait for a little bit.

Crozet Town Meeting: Tomorrow!

I encourage everyone who lives in Crozet or who is moving to Crozet to attend Wednesday's Town Meeting. It's from 7-9 at WAHS. Doors open at 6:30.

Lots of important discussions...including the Downtown Streetscape, Library, and Western Park.

Village Center Photos Updated

The clocktower is starting to take shape and crews are working to complete the brick and stucco facades.

Crozet Town Meeting: 9/24

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Crozet Town Meeting.

When: Wednesday, September 24th from 6:30-9 pm
Where: Western Albemarle High School Cafeteria

Topics will include:

- New Crozet Library
- Dowtown Streetscape Project
- Jarman's Gap Road
- Western Park Update

It's going to be interesting to get the updates...especially on the proposed plan and timeframe for Western Park (the 35-acre park between Ballard and Upper Ballard Fields).

It's finally official. After years of talk and months of anticipation, ACAC is officially coming to Old Trail. According to the press release and what I am hearing from the developers, the state-of-the-art fitness center will include cardio and strength training equipment, group exercise classes, and child care. As ACAC's 6th location, the Old Trail fitness center will open this coming spring and will occupy approximately 8500 square feet.

Memberships are open to anyone. For more information on memberships, please contact ACAC directly.
