Happy Halloween!

Saturday's 2nd Annual Old Trail Halloween Party was a major success - we had well over 100 turn out for the festivities at the Clubhouse.  Thanks to everyone who put the time and effort into planning the food, games, and fun.

Halloween Party This Saturday

The 2nd Annual Old Trail Halloween Party will be this Saturday, October 27th from 3-5 at the Clubhouse.  The party will feature food, lots of events for the kids, a costume parade, and fun for everyone.  Hope to see you all there.

Old Trail Update - October 8

Lots to update:

- Just up the road from Old Trail, the groundwork has started on the Harris Teeter.  I'm hearing Fall of 2008 for the opening.

- The Target in Waynesboro (just 15 minutes up the interstate)  is supposed to open this week or next.

- The Tot Lot in Ballard Field is in and ready for fun.  Lots of residents have been using it already.

- The final paving in Ballard Field and on Old Trail Drive is now complete.

- Town Center Update: we have letters of intent from 3 restaurants and a few business offices.  The drainage issue has been resolved with the County, so construction should begin before the end of the year.

- I have received plans and pricing from Beights Custom Homes on their 2 new town home blocks.  I'll post in a separate update.
