I haven't posted this news because it's a sidenote, in my opinion, but it was made official a few weeks back: Ryan Homes will no longer be building in Old Trail. They have decided to focus their efforts on different price points throughout Albemarle County.
We're now occupying their model home as a sales center for the next 18 months until we move into our permanent location: Old Trail Town Center.
